1) Question: Do you cover events?
1) Answer: Yes, we love covering events and are always grateful if we are asked to attend events.
2)Question: Do you have public liability insurance?
2) Answer: Yes, we have £5 million public liability insurance.
3)Question: Is your equipment safety tested?
3) Answer: Yes.
4)Question: Do we offer outside hires?
4) Answer: Yes, however, if there is not easy access to a power supply, a generator can be supplied for an additional fee (please enquire).
5) Question: Can poor weather stop my outside hire going ahead?
5) Answer: If the weather is forecast to rain or is very windy (24mph or more) the outside bouncy castle hire may not be able to go ahead. We will check the weather regularly, so you have plenty of notice to make other arrangements. (Happy to help you look for inside options :D).
6) Question: Do I need to pay a deposit?
6) Answer: We do not ask for a deposit but will check in a few days before the hire to ensure the plans are the same. We just ask that if you no longer require our services, you let us know ASAP so we can accept other bookings.
7) Question: Do you clean your equipment between hires?
7) Answer: Yes, all of our equipment is cleaned and sanitised between hires.
8) Question: If I am hiring equipment from you for multiple children's parties (i.,e twins), will they receive a present each?
8)Answer: Yes, please make us aware of this at the time of booking.
9) Question: Do you have any formal qualifications?
9) Answer: Yes, we have completed the required training to RPII standards, to ensure we understand how to operate our business safely and efficiently :D.
